Review Principles

Refund requests are reviewed case by case after we verify the account, payment detail, and service status. Approval is not automatic.

When a Refund May Be Considered

  • Duplicate charges for the same purchase.
  • A confirmed billing error or accidental overcharge.
  • A service disruption that prevented reasonable use after purchase.
  • Other situations reviewed under applicable consumer-protection requirements.

How to Request Review

  1. Email legal@aiportrait.com.
  2. Include your account email, order reference, and payment receipt.
  3. Describe whether the issue was duplicate billing, service failure, or another payment problem.
  4. Wait for review instructions before creating repeated requests through multiple channels.
