• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of any images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you own the images and videos generated using the Service. However, we retain the right to use anonymized generated content to improve our AI models.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require payment. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy

7. Data Deletion

We automatically delete all uploaded images and generated content within 24 hours. You may also request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI PORTRAIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
